Systems Thinking Workbook PDF
The workbook itself is free. The printable PDF and readout is a one-time $10 purchase. The PDF is built and emailed to you automatically after payment, so there is rarely time to ask first. After it is sent, a change of mind does not ordinarily earn a refund. A verified material defect, such as a PDF that will not open or leaves out answers you gave, is corrected or refunded. Applicable law may give you more rights.
What a refund does
A refund ends the status and restore links for that order. The download link in your email keeps working until it expires, seven days after it was sent.
How to ask
Email us from the address you bought with and say which purchase it is. We reply by email. We refund to the original payment method through Square.
