Understand the work
- 01 Understand. We start with the business: what it does, how it makes money, and what's actually happening in the operation today.
- 02 Map. We map the workflows, information, decisions, and handoffs as they really are, including the workarounds, because that's what the environment has to fit.
Design and agree
- 03 Design. We design the environment: the platform, the structure, who gets access to what, and the capabilities the business actually needs.
- 04 Approve. You see the design before anything gets built, and nothing moves forward until you've signed off.
Build and prove
- 05 Build. We build and configure the environment against the approved design.
- 06 Validate. We test the environment against your real work, the messy cases included, to make sure it holds up.
Launch and hand over
- 07 Train. Your team learns how to use what we built, so it doesn't depend on us to keep running.
- 08 Approve Production. Your leadership gives a final sign-off before the environment goes live in the business.
- 09 Launch. The environment goes into everyday use.
- 10 Handoff. Documentation and ownership move to your team. You own what we built.
