Starter terms

What Starter includes
The guided interview, your generated AI Operating Environment package, written setup instructions for Claude or ChatGPT, email support while you set it up, and correction of product defects.
What Starter does not include
Custom changes beyond the generated package, redesign, calls or consulting, integrations, or ongoing managed services. Teams and Done-for-You are the other options.
Support
We reply to support emails within 2 business days.
Refunds
A full refund if you cancel before your environment generation begins. After generation begins, change of mind alone does not ordinarily earn a refund. A verified material defect is investigated and corrected, or an appropriate refund or other remedy is provided if we cannot deliver a materially conforming product. Applicable law and payment-provider rules govern and may give more rights. On the 12-month plan, the same rules apply to payments made, and remaining payments stop when a refund is issued.
Capacity
We take a limited number of new Starter customers each week so support stays fast. When we're at capacity, new orders pause until a place opens.
