Plugin terms
Effective October 24, 2026
What you get
The packaged release of the plugin you buy, an install guide, download and re-download for 12 months from purchase, updates to the purchased version line for 12 months from purchase (no release schedule is promised), and defect support. The Revuity plugin is $25. An industry plugin set is $75 and holds ten workflows for one industry, listed by name on that industry's page before you buy. It does not buy exclusivity: the public 1.0.0 repositories stay free under their MIT licence.
Licence
Releases after 1.0.0 are licensed to the purchasing organization or individual: non-exclusive, non-transferable, for internal use. You may modify the plugin for your own internal use. You may not resell or redistribute the paid release.
Compatibility
Claude hosts that load skill-based plugins. We install-test each release on the host we name. ChatGPT and other hosts are not claimed until each is tested and its terms allow it.
Your data
A plugin runs inside your host and your own connected systems. It does not route your business traffic through Revuity, and Revuity receives no customer data from it.
Refunds
You may have a full refund before the download is issued. After it is issued, a change of mind does not ordinarily earn a refund. A verified material defect, or a plugin that cannot be installed on a supported host after support attempts, is corrected or refunded. Applicable law and host or marketplace rules may give you more rights.
Support
Email, for install questions and product defects. First human reply within two business days, with no guaranteed resolution time. Custom workflows, setup coaching, customization and integrations are not included; those are a CollabX or Custom scope.
Taxes and fees
Tax follows applicable law and the checkout provider. Marketplace or provider fees are our cost, not an added charge.
