So my practice is built around stability over reach. I'd rather have fewer clients and longer engagements with deeper outcomes, architecture that's written down instead of carried in someone's head, and AI with clear rules instead of hopeful guesses.
The goal is always the same: when I'm done, the system runs, and after I leave, it keeps running.
