We map how the work actually moves, find the breakdown and its business impact, then design, build, and deploy the capability that makes it run better.

Claude Environment Architecture (CEA) configures the Skills, Projects, and connectors your team needs to actually use Claude day to day. Buy it standalone, run it before a build, or bring it in after one ships. No code, no infrastructure. $3,500 fixed, about one week.

During qualification and the opening stage of every build, we trace the workflow, the systems and data underneath it, and the constraints that keep the work from moving. We determine the impact, then turn that understanding into a decision-ready build plan, architecture, economics, and acceptance criteria at no separate cost.
See how discovery works
Revuity leads the build from architecture through production acceptance and checks the result against the criteria set during diagnosis. The system fits your tools, data, permissions, controls, and real workflow, with full agreed code and IP transfer. One accountable firm, not a collection of vendors.

Production deployment can be the handoff point. You own the code, docs, and system from there. Managed Operations is also a standalone service for an existing system that needs a responsible operating partner—not generic IT support. We watch performance, resolve issues, improve workflows, and expand what the system does, from $5,000 per month.
See managed operations in detailA team gets Claude access, tries it on a few tasks, and stalls. No shared Skills, no standard workflows, no environment built around how the org actually works. CEA closes that gap before it costs you a renewal.
We trace three to five tasks your team does over and over, then build the Skills, Project templates, and connectors around them. One live training session and written handoff docs close the engagement, about one week start to finish.
CEA doesn't require a Diagnostic or a Build, and it doesn't replace one either. Buy it standalone, run it before a build to get your team using Claude sooner, or bring it in after a system ships. A Revuity engineer delivers it under the same architecture and accountability as every Function engagement, in whatever order fits your priorities.
Entry build
Single workflow · Fixed price
One workflow, fully built and handed off. Scoped fast, delivered fast, and built to the same standard as everything larger.
System build
Multiple workflows · Fixed price
What production means here: a system in daily use, owned by you, with outcomes we measure. The forward deployed architect learns the workflows and ships the first production system in context.
Larger or complex
Scoped after qualification
Multi-system builds, higher stakes, or tighter timelines. Scoped and priced once we understand the full shape of the work.
We stay until the system can operate without depending on us.
We cap how many engagements we take on at once, because quality drops when architecture, review, and accountability get spread too thin.
When a build needs extra specialists or more hands working in parallel, we bring in vetted engineers who work under Revuity's architecture, delivery standards, and quality gates. Capacity can grow. Accountability stays with us.

We turned complex regulatory policy into a usable operational capability. A production system, not a prototype.
Function turns those problems into working systems. We find where AI, automation, data, and software can remove friction from the work, then build what it takes to fix it in production.
Option A
A predictable monthly rate that covers the agreed managed-operations scope. Build pricing is fixed or milestone-based, code and IP transfer in full, and there's no revenue share. From $5,000 per month, simple and predictable.
Option B
The build stays fixed-fee. During managed operations, Revuity may also get an added 2% share of documented Year 1 value from cost savings, new revenue, or both. Performance pay never replaces the fixed fees it takes to run and improve the system.
How value gets measured, attributed, tracked, and paid out is defined during discovery and scoping, then agreed before managed operations begins.
