    Fixed, or fixed plus performance.

    Option A

    Fixed engagement

    A predictable monthly rate that covers the agreed managed-operations scope. Build pricing is fixed or milestone-based, code and IP transfer in full, and there's no revenue share. From $5,000 per month, simple and predictable.

    Option B

    Fixed plus performance

    The build stays fixed-fee. During managed operations, Revuity may also get an added 2% share of documented Year 1 value from cost savings, new revenue, or both. Performance pay never replaces the fixed fees it takes to run and improve the system.

    How value gets measured, attributed, tracked, and paid out is defined during discovery and scoping, then agreed before managed operations begins.
